Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are excluded in all of Kyoto Trade’s prices.
Delivery Times:
1-5 days within Sweden if not otherwise specified.
If the product was damaged during transportation:
Notify the delivery person directly. Do not accept a product that is obviously seriously damaged. Contact Kyoto Trade immediately.
Refunds and Return Right:
A 14 day return right applies to distance purchases. If the product has been tested but not otherwise used, a 15% deduction will be made from your refund. If the product has been used regularly for 2-14 days, a 30% deduction will be made. This does not apply to fixed installations which cannot be returned, rather can only be exchanged due to a defect or other problem covered by the guarantee.
All products must be returned in the original packaging with all contents included in new or as-new condition. We guarantee our products’ overall quality according to the technical data provided. Kyoto Trade will not refund costs for installation or shipping. The customary one-week return right applies to local purchases, when in accordance with the previously mentioned conditions.
What happens to your money?
If you pre-paid your product(s), Kyoto Trade can deposit your refund directly to your bank account or send you a money order. Kyoto Trade will not refund costs for return shipping.
